Terms and Conditions (T&C) for the Use of the "ParkFindr" App

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions (T&C) govern the use of the "ParkFindr" app (hereinafter referred to as "App"), provided by Nathaniel Buesing/NB-Apps (hereinafter referred to as "Provider").
By downloading, installing, and/or using the App, you agree to these T&C. If you do not agree with the terms, you must not use the App.


2. App Features

The App offers the following main features:

1. Parking search at your current location or worldwide.
2. Filters for free parking spaces and accessible parking spaces.
3. Save and manage favorite parking spots.
4. Save and display the location of your parked vehicle.
5. Navigate to parking spots or the vehicle’s location using external map apps.
6. Differentiate between parking lots, parking garages, and covered parking using intuitive icons.


The Provider reserves the right to further develop, modify, or remove features of the App.


3. Usage Requirements

1. Device Compatibility: The App is optimized for mobile devices and requires a compatible operating system.
2. Permissions: Certain features require access to the device’s location. This permission is necessary for relevant results and optimal use.
3. Costs: The App is free to use. There is an option to remove ads through a one-time purchase.


4. Disclaimer of Liability

1. Availability of Parking Spaces: The Provider does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or timeliness of the displayed parking data.
2. Third-Party Services: Navigation is conducted via external map apps. The Provider is not liable for errors or issues caused by these apps.
3. Damages: The Provider is not liable for direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the App unless caused intentionally or through gross negligence.


5. Data Protection

The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is accessible via the App. It outlines how we collect, use, and protect your data.


6. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App, including design, functions, texts, images, and source code, belong to the Provider. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.


7. Changes to the T&C

The Provider reserves the right to amend these T&C at any time. Changes will be announced within the App. Continued use of the App after the announcement constitutes acceptance of the changes.


8. Termination of Use

The Provider may discontinue the provision of the App or specific features at any time. You may also terminate the use of the App by uninstalling it.


9. Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the Provider’s location, provided the user is a merchant.
